Estos términos regulan el uso del sitio 1000herramientasweb.com y de todas las utilidades web que en él se ofrecen. Al acceder al sitio o utilizar cualquiera de sus herramientas, aceptas estos términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, por favor no uses el servicio.

1. Aceptación de los términos

El uso del sitio web 1000herramientasweb.com (en adelante, «el Servicio») atribuye la condición de usuario y implica la aceptación plena y sin reservas de todos los términos incluidos en este documento, en su versión publicada en cada momento del acceso. El usuario declara ser mayor de 14 años (edad mínima recomendada en la UE para el tratamiento de datos personales con consentimiento) y disponer de la capacidad legal suficiente para obligarse.

2. Descripción del servicio

1000HerramientasWeb es un catálogo de herramientas web gratuitas que operan íntegramente en el navegador del usuario (tecnología client-side). El Servicio no requiere cuentas de usuario, no almacena datos personales en servidores propios y se ofrece «tal cual». La única fuente de monetización es la inserción de anuncios de Google AdSense en algunas páginas. El catálogo actual incluye más de 30 utilidades organizadas en categorías: Productividad (Excel/Sheets, PDF), QR, Texto, Datos/Estadísticas, Diseño y varias más.

3. Uso permitido y prohibido

3.1 Uso permitido

Uso personal, académico, profesional o comercial de los resultados generados por las herramientas.
Compartir el sitio mediante enlace o recomendarlo a terceros.
Utilizar las herramientas para trabajos de clientes sin restricciones de reventa del output generado.

3.2 Uso prohibido

Scraping masivo o automatizado del sitio o de sus herramientas sin autorización previa y por escrito.
Reventa, redistribución comercial o sublicenciamiento del código fuente de las herramientas como producto propio.
Uso de las herramientas para actividades ilícitas, maliciosas, fraudulentas o que vulneren derechos de terceros.
Ingeniería inversa con fines de explotación, inyección de código o manipulación de los anuncios mostrados.
Uso del Servicio de forma que pueda dañar, deshabilitar, sobrecargar o impedir su normal funcionamiento.

4. Propiedad intelectual

4.1 Contenido del sitio

El contenido original del sitio (textos, marca, diseño, capturas, código propio de las herramientas) se publica bajo licencia Creative Commons Atribución-CompartirIgual 4.0 Internacional (CC BY-SA 4.0). Esto significa que puedes copiar, redistribuir y adaptar el material con fines comerciales, siempre que cites la autoría («1000HerramientasWeb — Francisco Santiago Cortés García») y mantengas la misma licencia en obras derivadas. 4.2 Bibliotecas de terceros

5. Limitación de responsabilidad

Las herramientas se proporcionan «tal cual» (as-is) y «según disponibilidad» (as-available), sin garantía de idoneidad para un fin concreto. En particular:

Los cálculos de las herramientas fiscales (IRPF, IVA, finiquito) son estimaciones orientativas y no sustituyen el criterio de un asesor fiscal o abogado laboralista colegiado. Consulta con un profesional antes de tomar decisiones con consecuencias legales o económicas.
Los cálculos clínicos, médicos o de salud son únicamente divulgativos. No los utilices para automedicación, diagnóstico o tratamiento.
Las traducciones automáticas pueden contener errores. Para documentos oficiales (contratos, sentencias, escrituras) consulta a un traductor jurado.
El responsable no se hace responsable de daños directos, indirectos, incidentales, especiales o consecuenciales derivados del uso o la imposibilidad de usar el Servicio.

6. Exclusión de garantías (terceros)

6.1 Google AdSense

El Servicio integra Google AdSense en modo auto-ads. El responsable no garantiza la disponibilidad, pertinencia, corrección o calidad de los anuncios mostrados. Las decisiones de Google AdSense sobre qué anuncios mostrar (incluidos los basados en perfiles publicitarios cuando has dado consentimiento) son ajenas a este sitio.

6.2 Funding Choices (CMP)

El banner de consentimiento de cookies lo proporciona Google Funding Choices como CMP (Consent Management Platform). El responsable no controla la representación técnica ni los textos exactos que Funding Choices muestra, aunque se esfuerza por mantener el cumplimiento de la guía de AdSense UE (7670013) y el RGPD.

6.3 Otros terceros

7. Modificaciones del servicio

El responsable se reserva el derecho a añadir, retirar, modificar o sustituir cualquier herramienta del catálogo en cualquier momento, sin necesidad de aviso previo y sin que ello genere derecho a indemnización alguna. También puede modificar estos términos publicando la versión actualizada en esta misma URL con una nueva fecha de «última actualización». Se considera que el usuario acepta las modificaciones si continúa usando el Servicio después de publicadas.

8. Jurisdicción y ley aplicable

Estos términos se rigen por la legislación española y, en lo que resulte aplicable, por el Reglamento UE 2016/679 (RGPD) y la Ley Orgánica 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). Para cualquier controversia derivada de la interpretación o aplicación de estos términos, las partes se someten expresamente a los Juzgados y Tribunales de Sabadell (Barcelona), salvo en los supuestos en los que la normativa procesal o de consumo aplicable fije imperativamente otro fuero distinto (por ejemplo, el del domicilio del consumidor).

1000HerramientasWeb is a free web tools catalog that operates entirely in the user's browser (client-side technology). 3. Permitted and prohibited use

3.1 Permitted use

Personal, academic, professional or commercial use of the results generated by the tools.
Sharing the site by link or recommending it to third parties.
Using the tools for client work without resale restrictions on the generated output.

3.2 Prohibited use

Mass or automated scraping of the site or its tools without prior written authorisation.
Reselling, commercially redistributing or sublicensing the source code of the tools as your own product.
Using the tools for illegal, malicious, fraudulent activities or activities that violate third-party rights.
Reverse engineering for exploitation, code injection or manipulation of the displayed ads.

6. Disclaimer of warranties (third parties)

6.1 Google AdSense

The Service integrates Google AdSense in auto-ads mode. The owner does not warrant the availability, relevance, correctness or quality of the ads shown. Google AdSense decisions on which ads to display (including those based on advertising profiles when you have given consent) are outside the control of this site.

6.2 Funding Choices (CMP)

The cookie consent banner is provided by Google Funding Choices as CMP (Consent Management Platform). The owner does not control the technical rendering or exact texts that Funding Choices displays, although it strives to maintain compliance with the AdSense EU guide (7670013) and the GDPR.

6.3 Other third parties

7. Service modifications
